Synopsis for the far southern california coast..At 2 am, a 1007 mb low was near lake havasu and a 1033 mb high was about 815 miles west of medford oregon. Wind gusts approach 20 knots in the outer waters on Monday afternoon. Otherwise, weak to moderate onshore flow will continue through Thursday.
